At Sacred Wings Reiki, every appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of care and ensure availability for all clients, the following policies apply to all bookings.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your appointment time is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

If you discovered Sacred Wings Reiki through Groupon, Groupon pricing will be honored when you book directly through Sacred Wings for eligible services.

Cancellation Policy

When you schedule an appointment with Sacred Wings Reiki, that time is reserved specifically for you and is no longer available to other clients.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

- Cancellations made at any time prior to your appointment are non-refundable.

- If you are unable to attend your appointment, your payment will be applied toward a future appointment and you will be given the opportunity to reschedule.

- No-shows, missed appointments, or failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of the full appointment fee.

- Clients who repeatedly cancel or fail to attend scheduled appointments may be required to prepay for all future services or may be declined future bookings at Sacred Wings' discretion.

Illness Policy

Your health and well-being are important. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact Sacred Wings Reiki as soon as possible.

If illness prevents you from attending your appointment, your session may be rescheduled to a later date. While appointment fees are non-refundable, Sacred Wings Reiki will work with you to find a new appointment time whenever possible.

Agreement

By scheduling and paying for an appointment with Sacred Wings Reiki, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & Illness Policy.
