2. Client Responsibility

Clients are encouraged to consult with qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical concerns or conditions.

3. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Sacred Wings Reiki reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments for unpaid services.

Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments, gift certificates, and other approved payment methods.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the Sacred Wings Reiki Cancellation Policy.

- All appointments require advance payment.

- Appointment fees are non-refundable.

- Clients who need to cancel may reschedule their appointment for a future available date.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-show") will result in forfeiture of the appointment fee.

Sacred Wings Reiki reserves the right to refuse future bookings from clients with repeated cancellations or no-shows.

5. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

The full appointment fee remains due regardless of the length of the session provided due to late arrival.

6. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Reiki is a holistic wellness practice intended to promote relaxation and support the body's natural healing processes.

Sacred Wings Reiki does not:

- Diagnose illnesses or medical conditions

- Prescribe medications

- Perform medical treatment

- Guarantee specific outcomes or results

Any information provided during sessions is for educational and wellness purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice.

7. Assumption of Risk

By participating in services provided by Sacred Wings Reiki, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with receiving Reiki and related wellness services.

You acknowledge that individual experiences and results may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Wings Reiki, its owner, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
